Excellent staff and excellent location on the Danube! Tastefully decorated & a nice size unit with an LCD TV 32``, a comfortable bed and A/C.

Well-appointed and air-conditioned rooms with a marvellous view of the town.

Airy & large room, with a sitting area, a work desk and a couch bed. Extremely comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Good service, very welcoming and accommodating staff. Particularly good and perfect location, relatively near a main church.

Not very rich breakfast.

The location was great for walking around Alte Bischofliche Residenz.

The room was reasonably sized and well-organised with a very comfy bed. The location was beautiful and amazing, not too far from Cathedral Passau. The restaurant was small for dinner, liked it...

There were lovely beds and a multi-channel television, a seating area, and a writing desk inside the room. Truly enjoyed friendly check-in and late check-out. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked flawlessly. The location was marvellous and stunning, excellent right in front of the river with easy access to the Christmas market and a market.

Very good overall experience. Pleasant trendy boutique hotel with enjoyable breakfasts. Amazingly nice staff, very good services, including plenty of brilliant delicacies. Beautiful and wonderful location to from the station with views of the town. Also - close to close to the river and Dom and lots of the old town sights, the centre of the old town overlooking the Danube and Christmas market.

The room was spotless with broad european buffet breakfast, we stayed here for 1 night. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, always with a smile on face. Great and stunning location to attractions like Altes Rathaus, that was next to the hotel.

It has a particularly good and fantastic location close to the centre between the old and new parts of town, Passau sights and a beautiful garden.

The hotel is in the central location on the Danube promenade. Staff is superfriendly and accommodating and you can park your car onsite. The breakfast is wonderful and outstanding, offered with great coffee, a large assortment of breads.

Pleasant overall experience. Quaint boutique hotel for 1 night in Passau. Well laid out rooms combined with very nice modern facilities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was an absolutely perfect experience! The location was amazing, right on the river, allowing for beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. They spoke perfect English, which made communication very easy. The room itself was luxurious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing. The amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and ironing facilities, were of high quality. Additionally, the breakfast served at this place was exceptional. The variety, freshness, and presentation of the food were outstanding, and the staff ensured that everything was prepared and served quickly. All in all, my time here was nothing short of excellent.

In short, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room was big and the breakfast was delicious!

WOnderful surprise, out the back door and practically in the Cathdral square. Out the front door, and on the Danube, both quiet and close to everthing at same time. WOnderful breakfast included.
